Dr. Sara Bess Baumrind

Dentist – CEO/CFO

Dr. Sara Bess Baumrind has been practicing in Atlanta since 2007. She received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia and completed her fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, of which she remains an active member. Outside of the office, Dr. Sara Bess Baumrind is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Dental College of Georgia and volunteers with Ben Massell Dental Clinic. She is a proud member of American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Hinman Dental Society, and The Pierre Fauchard Academy.

Dr. John Simpson

Dentist

Dr. John Simpson is an Atlanta area native, having graduated from Milton High School before attending Vanderbilt University where he majored in Chemistry and French. He subsequently obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University before moving back home to Atlanta. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and Hinman Dental Society. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Simpson has a passion for music and is a clarinetist with the Atlanta Wind Symphony.

In Loving Memory

Dr. Jeff Baumrind

1951-2020

Dr. Jeff Baumrind began practicing dentistry in 1976 and treated patients for over 45 years. He was later joined by his daughter, Dr. Sara Bess Baumrind, in 2007. Dr. Jeff Baumrind is an alum of Grady High School, Class of ’69, and received his degrees at the Dental School at Emory University. He was known by his patients as “the singing dentist” and would often make up a song on the spot for each patient. Dr. Jeff Baumrind passed away on July 18, 2020. His joy for life was contagious. Dr. Jeff Baumrind’s kindness and sense of humor will be greatly missed.
